A personalized mailer is sent to existing clients and prospects. The mailer drives recipients to a pURL where they can register to receive a free, personalized calendar. One week after the initial mailing, an email is sent to those who have not yet responded. Upon registration on the pURL, a confirmation emailĀ is sent to the recipient, displaying the details entered via the pURL and asking them to verify their information. For those who have registered, calendars are printed on a weekly basis. Sales representatives then hand-deliver them to their clients.
